Return/Refund Policy

At Foreva Culture, every order is carefully checked before dispatch. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds (Non-Custom Items Only)

  • Returns and refunds are applicable only for non-custom jewelry items.

  • Any return or refund request must be raised within 48 hours from the date of delivery.

  • To initiate a request, please contact our WhatsApp customer support at 8602055447 within the specified time frame.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Issue from Our Side)

  • If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, we will arrange the return at no cost to you.

  • An unboxing/opening video is mandatory for all such claims. The video must clearly show the package being opened from start to finish without cuts.

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at 8602055447.

  • If reverse pickup is not available at your location, you may be asked to ship the item to us. In such cases, the shipping charges paid by you will be fully refunded once the issue is verified and the item is received by us.


3. Returns & Refunds for Other Reasons (Customer Preference)

  • If the return is requested due to reasons such as change of mind, not liking the product, or any personal preference, the following charges will apply:

    • ₹160 Return Shipping Fee

    • ₹35 Restocking Fee

  • These charges will be deducted from the refund amount after the product is received and inspected.

  • If reverse pickup is not available, you will need to ship the product to us at your own cost. These shipping charges will not be reimbursed in such cases.


4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are initiated only after the returned product passes quality inspection.

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.


5. Custom-Made & Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry is not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of damage or defect on arrival.

  • Claims for custom items must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with a mandatory opening video.


6. Non-Eligible Cases

  • Returns or refunds will not be accepted for size-related concerns, as size details are clearly mentioned on the product page.

  • Requests based on minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences will not be accepted.


7. Color & Size Disclaimer

  • All product images are shot in-house using professional equipment and daylight. Slight color differences may occur due to device screen settings.

  • All product sizes follow a standard specification and are clearly mentioned in the product descriptions.
