  • Custom Items: Due to the personalized nature of custom-made jewelry, cancellations for custom orders are not permitted once the production process has begun.

2. How to Request a Cancellation:

  • For custom items, please note that once production begins, cancellations are not possible. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders:

  • If you cancel an order for a non-custom item within the eligible time frame, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • If you attempt to cancel a custom order after production has begun, we regret that we cannot issue a refund. The effort and materials put into creating your unique piece prevent us from processing a refund for custom items.
